EcogenO
Introduction
The EcogenO platform specializes in environmental genomics and supports you in all your research projects. We carry out large-scale amplicon production projects (16S, 18S, ITS…) and their analysis by sequencing, as well as RNASeq and DNASeq projects.
Equipped with medium- and high-throughput NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) sequencers and a wide range of satellite equipment for sample preparation, the EcogenO platform can handle everything from automated library preparation to primary bioinformatics data analysis.
What's more, the EcogenO platform's unique high-throughput quantitative PCR equipment (Smartchip system, Takara) enables us to offer you high-throughput qPCR and SNP genotyping services. We also offer antibiotic resistance gene detection, thanks to a catalog of 384 markers.
EcogenO has a large storage and analysis capacity for SNP data, enabling the development of bioinformatics analyses, specific to a project or an application in a collaborative mode.
Some of the equipment we own is made available to the scientific community after training and authorization by our staff, so you can easily manage large projects yourself.
