Information systems

AnaEE France provides access to information and data modelling systems for the use of the results obtained on the various platforms of the infrastructure:

• an information system for the management of projects, platforms and associated metadata which also serves as a catalogue,
• an information system for the management of long-term experimental data,
• a semantic repository and data annotation pipelines for data sharing and reuse in a FAIR logic.
