Analytical platforms

In addition to its experimental platforms, AnaEE-France provides scientists with a series of analytical tools:

• three environmental genomics platforms (eDNA, EcogenO and GenoSol);
• an enzymatic analysis laboratory (BioChem-Env).
• but also tools distributed in the experimental platforms dedicated to environmental isotopy, biogeochemistry of soils and lake environments, and biological analysis.
