MASSALYA is an instrumental platform of Aix-Marseille University dedicated to the high time-resolution analysis of submicron particles and volatile organic compounds present in indoor and outdoor atmospheres using state-of-the-art time of flight mass spectrometry (PTR-ToF-MS, HR-ToF-AMS, etc.). The MASSALYA mobile laboratory relies on the scientific and technical expertise of the Instrumentation and Atmospheric Reactivity (IRA) team. Studies requested by the platform’s partners (research laboratories, industrial stakeholders, and local authorities) can be organized and implemented in collaboration with the IRA team, which can also deploy additional experimental resources if complementary analyses are required.
