Two services "information systems and databases" support the experimental and analytical platforms of the AnaEE-France infrastructure:
- The BBEES unit (Biodiversity, Ecology, Environment and Societies dataBases), develops the information system for project submission, planning, definition of experimental protocols and management of data and metadata from custom experiments;
- The Eco-Informatics service associated with in natura platforms (ACBB, PRO, OLA, Forest Ecosystems) develops information systems for the management of their data as well as interoperability with the AnaEE-France modelling platforms.
