This aquatic platform offers a set of tools (lentic mesocosms, lotic channels, artificial spawning beds, olfactometers...) to study the functioning of aquatic ecosystems and to evaluate the impact of human activity on these environments. These facilities are particularly suitable for ecotoxicological research.
On the other hand, the PEARL system has technical rooms for the production and maintenance of model organisms used for studies conducted within the framework of PEARL.
