Three highly specialized platforms are available within AnaEE for studies related to environmental genomics:
- the Environmental and Human Genomics (GEH) platform, which specializes in DNA sequencing;
- the GenoSol platform, for the characterization of microbial communities of soils and environment;
- the eDNA platform, for large-scale studies of environmental DNA using a metabarcoding approach.
